Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relations

• Greet showroom walk-ins and guide them through stone slab, tile, and sample selections.
• Educate clients on materials including quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, and tile.
• Provide initial cost estimates based on customer-provided layouts or PDF files.
• Follow up on leads from builders, interior designers, and retail homeowners to close sales. Office Administration & Project Management
• Manage scheduling and jobs utilizing Moraware to track fabrication and installation timelines.
• Review project files , ensuring accurate documentation of blueprints, PDFs, and client sign-offs.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to client email inquiries.
• Invoice clients , process deposits, and track project payment milestones.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , with strong day-to-day skills in Word and Excel.
• Experience with Moraware or a strong ability to quickly learn industry-specific scheduling software.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and digital PDF layouts to interpret project dimensions.
• Strong math skills to accurately calculate square footage and material pricing.
• High attention to detail to prevent scheduling conflicts and ordering errors.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
