Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate/ phone pro to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. The Sales Associate (Fit specialist) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and setting appointments by mastering phone skills. Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and making personalized recommendations to meet customer needs. - Conduct product demos and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. - Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical sales skills to effectively promote our product. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of appliance sales, including features, benefits, and maintenance requirements. - Execute and maintain phone call quotas, including text, emails, social media, phone calls, etc. - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, adhering to our company values and policies.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets. - Strong product knowledge and experience in retail sales. - Motorcycle endorsement is a positive And encouraged!! - Experience in motorcycle sale is preferred. - Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
