Position

Overview

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door- to-Door Canvassers. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with homeownersgenerating leads, setting inspections, and helping homeowners identify potential roof damage, often covered by insurance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outside, talking to people, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Knock residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about potential roof damage (storm, age, wear, etc.)
• Set appointments for free roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process (training provided)
• Track leads and appointments using company systems (CRM)
• Work closely with sales reps/project managers to ensure smooth handoffs
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in the field What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face interaction and rejection
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
