Position

Overview

: The Marketer/Community Development Liaison will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Good Family Support Services. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new participants and, in some cases, new caregivers. The ideal candidate will have experience with the PA Community Health Choices Waiver program and will be expected to bring in 3-5 new cases per month after an initial ramp-up period.

Key Responsibilities

: Marketing and Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and caregivers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and referral sources.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Good Family Support Services. Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
  • Generate leads through cold calling, direct sales efforts, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Attend local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the agency. Client Acquisition:
  • Responsible for bringing in 3-5 new cases per month after a ramp-up period.
  • Schedule and conduct home visits as needed to assess potential clients and explain services offered.
  • Follow up with leads and referral sources to ensure a continuous pipeline of new clients. Onboarding and Training:
  • Conduct initial in-person onboarding of new participants, ensuring they understand the services provided and are comfortable with the care plan.
  • Assist the HR Manager with the onboarding of new caregivers as needed, depending on the circumstances.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to new clients and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the HR Manager, Executive Director, and other team members to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and report on marketing and sales activities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and campaign performance.
  • Use metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to the Executive Director on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications

:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PA Community Health Choices Waiver program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to conduct home visits and travel within the community as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
