• Run company-provided appointments and consult with homeowners on roofing, siding, stucco, and window projects.
• Manage your leads through the full sales process qualifying, following up, rehashing, and closing.
• Build genuine relationships with homeowners and protect the Porter name on every project.
• Follow our sales process to consistently meet and exceed your targets.
• Keep your pipeline and customer details current in our CRM.
• Work alongside our production and service teams to deliver the experience our reviews are built on. You'll thrive here if you have:
• 23+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing, siding, windows, remodeling, or another in-home / home-improvement setting.
• A track record of closing in a consultative, relationship-driven sale.
• Self-discipline and drive. You can run your own day and still be a good teammate.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence in a homeowner's living room.
• A valid driver's license and a clean, professional appearance.
• The physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to climb ladders and move comfortably across roofs and elevated areas. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. How we operate our core values
