We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our RV sales team to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership's sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a high-performance environment. Your leadership will drive revenue growth by managing sales teams, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and possesses a deep understanding of automotive industry sales processes, including high-end vehicle sales and B2B transactions. Duties

• Lead and manage the entire automotive sales team, setting clear targets and motivating staff to achieve and surpass sales goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base through outbound sales, cold calling, and marketing initiatives
• Oversee the management of the sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal progress
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, negotiation expertise, and personalized service
• Conduct high-level negotiations for deal closing on passenger cars and high-end vehicles, ensuring favorable terms for both customers and the dealership
• Manage inventory control and dealership inventory levels to meet market demand while optimizing profitability
• Provide ongoing training in retail math, upselling techniques, phone etiquette, and product knowledge to enhance team performance
• Support the sales team with dealership financing options and educate clients on available automotive financing solutions
• Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to stay ahead of the curve
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal requirements, and customer service standards Skills
• Proven experience in sales management , particularly within the automotive industry , retail sales environments or RV industry
• Strong background in B2B sales , high-end vehicle sales , and passenger car transactions
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems (such as CRM software supported by the dealership) for managing leads and customer relationships
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases effectively
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Skilled in outbound sales , cold calling, marketing coordination, and inventory management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in retail math, inventory control, and dealership operations
• Excellent public speaking skills for presentations or client negotiations
• Knowledge of automotive financing options , upselling techniques, and customer service best practices
