Philly Business Solutions is actively seeking a driven and confident team leader to join our team as a full-time Entry Level Business Manager and no experience is needed as this is an entry level position. Because of recent growth due to our partnership with Verizon Wireless and their neighborhood division, we need an entry level results-oriented individual to help launch and create new business opportunities for Verizon Wireless's fiber optic internet and tv services. As the Entry Level Business Manager, you will primarily engage in customer facing, sales-related activities in an effort to create and expand business opportunities for Verizon Wireless. On a daily basis, you will execute entry level residential-based sales solutions, engage with customers, promote Verizon Wireless's fiber services and plans, and manage a designated territory. Additionally, you will engage in training sessions for team development and management. Core Functions of the Entry Level Business Manager:

• Listen attentively to customers and suggest the perfect combination of Verizon Wireless mobile phones and data plans for performance, savings, and reliability.
• Guide customers through personalized selections of Verizon Wireless wireless plans and the newest smartphones with a strong focus on affordability and value.
• Foster long-term loyalty by providing sales advice that empowers customers to choose the right Verizon Wireless mobile solutions for their daily needs.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to premium Verizon Wireless data plans and flagship phones during every customer interaction.
• Simplify the decision process by clearly explaining the benefits of Verizon Wireless mobile phones and flexible data options in an approachable way.
• Achieve strong customer sales results by enthusiastically promoting Verizon Wireless's top wireless solutions matched to each customer's unique lifestyle. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Business Manager:
