WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO You'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Philadelphia Metro area and help create opportunities for our inspection team. This is a professional, face-to-face sales role where you will:
• Connect with homeowners and introduce valuable chimney safety services.
• Educate customers about inspections, maintenance, and potential solutions.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our inspection specialists.
• Improve your communication and sales abilities through ongoing coaching. Every conversation helps you build confidence, skill, and earning potential. EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH Your compensation rewards consistency, effort, and results. First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission opportunities. Growing Representatives: $8,000 to $15,000+ per month as skills and production increase. Experienced Sales Professionals: $12,000 to $20,000+ per month with additional growth opportunities.
