Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to speak with homeowners about residential solar options. This is a field-based role where you will work in assigned neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to solar, and help set appointments for homeowners interested in learning more. You are not expected to come in as an expert. We provide the training, structure, and support.

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce residential solar options in a professional way
• Help identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more
• Set appointments for qualified homeowners
• Follow a simple daily sales process
• Attend training and team meetings
