Duties

• Conduct outbound calling, including warm calling to nurture existing leads and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing efforts, effectively communicating value propositions and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage inbound inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service while qualifying leads for further follow-up.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate terms with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling, or warm calling campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to effectively promote products or services locally.
