Earn $70k-$90k annually with North America's premier RV company! Cruise America, Inc., the largest RV rental and sales provider in North America, is seeking a motivated Sales Professional for our Frederick, CO location. Overview

Full-Time: 40 hours per week Commission-based with hourly guarantee: No claw backs Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years sales experience (RV/auto/marine industry experience preferred but not required)

Compensation

Structure

• First 90 days: $20/hour
• After 90 days: $15.16/hour + commission
• Realistic earning potential: $70K-$90K+ annually

What You'll Do

Join a friendly, collaborative, and dynamic team where you can reach your full potential! You'll be selling high-quality used RVs from our rental fleet to our large, loyal, and growing customer base. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our inventory
• Presenting yourself and our vehicles professionally and courteously
• Building customer enthusiasm through genuine interest in their needs
• Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
• Strong commitment to driving sales and providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
