ABOUT THE ROLE A locally operated dumpster rental company is hiring a friendly, outgoing professional to handle inbound customer calls, consult with customers on their project needs, and convert inquiries into booked rentals. If you have a great phone presence, genuinely enjoy talking to people, and can guide a customer to the right solution, this could be a great fit. Most of your day is spent on the phone building rapport, answering questions, and following up on quotes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer inbound calls with a smile and a positive, helpful tone
• Consult with customers about their projects and recommend the right dumpster size for their needs
• Provide accurate quotes and explain the value of the company's service
• Make outbound sales calls to follow up on open quotes, reconnect with past customers, and reach out to prospective accounts
• Track leads, sales, and close ratios in the company's CRM
• Follow up promptly on open estimates to convert them into booked rentals
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional, friendly service WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent phone etiquette and a warm, professional speaking voice
• Customer-service oriented and naturally a people person
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRM experience a plus)
• Organized, motivated, and trustworthy
• Outgoing, relatable, and able to build rapport quickly NICE TO HAVE Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, call center, or a related phone-based role.
