Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features to enhance customer understanding
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of retail sales techniques, banking procedures, and financial services offerings
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure an appealing store presentation
• Support loan processing activities when applicable, including basic math calculations and documentation Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus
• Strong math skills, including retail math and basic calculations for transactions and inventory counts
• Proficiency with financial software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately for cash handling and data entry
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
