Storm Damage Specialist (Entry-Level & Experienced) Performance-Based Earnings: $85,000$120,000+ | Competitive Commission | Health & 401(k) We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven professionals who want to be rewarded for their effort and results. This is an opportunity for individuals who take ownership of their success and want to earn based on performance, not seniority. No prior experience is required. We provide structured, on-the-job training to develop you into a sales Rep specializing in Storm Damage Specialist. This is a consultative role , not high-pressure sales. Success comes from strong customer service, consistency, and the ability to build trust with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct storm damage property assessments
• Educate homeowners on restoration and insurance processes
• Build long-term, trust-based homeowner relationships
• Manage follow-ups and see projects through completion
