This is a sales role. You will prospect, you will close, and you will be held to production goals. If that excites you, keep reading.
Responsibilities

: Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking Close new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and health lines Meet and exceed monthly production goals Build and manage your personal pipeline Service existing accounts (yes but it's last on the list)

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota or commission accountability (required)
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting this is not an inbound-only role
  • Must be willing to obtain P&C; and L/H insurance license (we support your training)
  • Must be available to work fully in-office no remote or hybrid options PLEASE READ: This is not a customer service role. If your background is primarily service, support, or claims this position is not the right fit. What we offer: Base salary + commission structure. Top producers earn $100,000+/year. Your income is directly tied to your production.
  • $32,000-$40,000 base earning potential with top performers earning up to $100K+ (hourly + commission)
