About the Position True View is seeking an experienced Inside Sales + Scheduler for our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will help generate sales, provide first class customer service, and create daily service routes for the field teams in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. The ideal candidate is experienced in the window and glass and glazing industries. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the valley, self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our scheduling department at True View. Pay DOE.

Responsibilities

Include: Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates Assist customers with questions regarding True View's window and glass products and services. Communicate with customers via email correspondence or verbally to provide follow-up information, request signatures, deposits, and/or payments. Maintain a respectful manner over phone and in person with customers / employees. Assist in resolving any customer issues. Update and maintain customer files including creating projects, inputting notes, appointments, etc. in CRM program. (Improve it 360 - a salesforce platform) Monitor and maintain assigned accounts. Research and follow up on potential sales opportunities. Maintain product knowledge. Work with vendors to follow up on product lead times and warranty issues. Post customer deposits / payments. Create, verify, and submit daily manifests for field technicians. Manage inner office chat. Input / update notes in all orders and job calendars in CRM program as needed. Maintain a respectful manner over phone and in person with customers / employees. Schedule measure and installation appointments for customer service and residential departments. Handle orders accurately. (Status changes, product pending, customer pending, openings, closings, etc.). Monitor GPS tracking. Monitor tech locations to ensure we meet scheduled arrival times. Maintain filing system for scheduling. Keep internal and external communications up to date. (Regarding appointments, add ons, special circumstances, arrival times, appointment confirmations) Monitor and complete daily backorder report. Work with receiving department for updated status. Monitor in box frequently. Verify accuracy of work orders with customers. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior routing/scheduling and customer service experience in the home service industry is a must. Knowledge of glass and glazing industry preferred. Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict quickly and calmly. Must be self-motivated and have strong time management, multitasking and organizational skills. Computer literacy. Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce a plus. Ability to read a Map. Knowledge of the Phoenix metro area. TEAM player. Candidate must pass a drug test and background check. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
