With UNCAPPED commission along with a Big base salary, the opportunity is amazing! Responsibilities

• Working as a lead sales person working weekends and various events, you will create sales and cultivate customer leads from multiple sources and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Create a trusting and strong positive relationship with customers and ensure amazing customer service and repeat sales.
• Problem solve issues or potential barriers from sale execution in a positive and customer friendly manner
• Clean and maintain our stunning sales showroom to display our awesome hot tubs and products.
• Utilize a CRM for business and weekly call planning, establishing call frequency, as well as real time tracking of monthly sales targets of initiatives.
• Educating and engaging with customers at the register, offering product information and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure teamwork and cooperation on a daily basis.
