Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our presence in the Industrial Market. You will start Inside for approximately the first year to learn the products, systems and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Learn the products and become a product expert.
• Present and promote products to existing and prospective customers
• Be able to asses product applications and quote solutions to the customers
• Manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track interactions and follow-up activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the purchasing process and addressing inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with the manufacturers to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness

Requirements

• Outside Sales Experience and plus, but not required.
• Strong self-motivation to meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn our CRM and quoting system.
• Technical sales experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to client engagement and deal closing Join us if you want a challenging opportunity with an opportunity to help provide industrial customers with quality solutions. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
