Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

of Sales Coordinator: Jennmar is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our equipment rental operations. This customer-facing role is responsible for coordinating rentals, managing contracts, dispatching equipment and service calls, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers a clear path to growth into Outside Sales or Branch Management.

Responsibilities

of Sales Coordinator:

• Process rental contracts and delivery tickets.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and inventory.
• Dispatch equipment maintenance and service calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Monitor rental activity and assist with accounts receivable.
• Provide administrative support and maintain product knowledge.

Qualifications

of Sales Coordinator:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in advancing into Sales or Management. What We Offer:
