Essentially, you are outgoing, knowledgeable, and skilled at understanding customer needs to build trust and make dreams come true. Previous motorcycle sales experience is not required! • On the job training What does a day as a Sales Associate look like?
• Guide every guest through the sales process.
• Connect, greet, and build rapport through understanding guests needs and buying motivation.
• Track all guests and make sure all prospects are logged into our CRM system and maintain effective follow-up techniques to complete the sale.
• Promote demo rides, maintenance plans and other value-added incentives to a prospective buyer.
• Actively participate in daily sales meetings, training, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
