This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, helping them improve their homes, and earning strong commission income. We provide qualified appointments and a mobile showroom , so you can focus on helping customers choose the right flooring for their homes. What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners in their homes for flooring consultations
• Measure spaces and discuss project goals
• Show flooring samples using our mobile showroom
• Build proposals and guide customers through product selection
• Coordinate project timelines with our project management team
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For

• Professional in customers' homes Sales experience is helpful but not required. Many successful consultants come from backgrounds in retail sales, home improvement, design, or customer service.

Compensation

Typical first-year earnings: $80,000$120,000+ Top performers regularly exceed six figures.
