Weston KIA Buick GMC is looking for Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team in Gresham, OR! Our ideal candidate should have experience working in commission-based sales, Automotive Sales is preferred. As an Auto Sales Representative you will interact with and consult customers to guide them through their vehicle purchasing process. Our goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience and build lifelong relationships. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs. Automotive Sales Consultant

Qualifications

:

• Must have commission-based sales experience
• Previous Automotive Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Driven to close the sale
• Must have a valid driver's license. Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

:

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty.
• Track customers using our CRM (customer relationship management) system
• Keep up on new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store showroom and vehicle lot. Automotive Sales Consultant
