Job Summary

The individual is accountable for shaping business strategies, enabling large-scale sales solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across multiple service lines and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive enterprise sales strategy development and execution using advanced sales analytics, CRM platforms, and in-depth domain expertise to achieve revenue and market share goals. 2. Lead business unit transformation initiatives by integrating industry trends, digital sales enablement tools, and best practices to optimize sales processes and outcomes. 3. Oversee multi-region client engagement programs utilizing strategic account management methodologies and sales automation technologies to enhance customer relationships and deliver value. 4. Govern sales performance management systems to monitor, analyze, and report key metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement. 5.
