Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and promote products.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual requirements.
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through policy options with clear communication.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations when handling sensitive client information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate product benefits and close sales.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
• Experience in sales administration, benefits management, or benefits administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to attract new customers and enhance brand presence.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling health-related information.
