A company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing clients. A bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering), 5 years of sales/sales management experience in a manufacturer setting, and proficiency in MS office is required. This is a full time, in person, exempt, position with commission, excellent benefits and 401k. Open to local candidates in California Option for hybrid work in California Outside Sales Representative

Duties

: -Report to General Manager -Work with distributors to sell and promote products - Create and develop business relationships to increase market share and sales growth -Monitor and manage quotes activities and sales activities via CRM -Regular business travel is required to the customers in the territories. Overnight business trips are required -Maintain strong relationships with customers in collaboration with authorized distributors -Achieve sales target Outside Sales Representative Skills : -Must have a bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or related field) -Must have 5 years of sales or sales management experience at makers/manufacturers -Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) -Must be able to travel and drive -Must have experience with distributor or channel partner sales management, preferably in the industrial field -Knowledge of industrial and technical sales development are a big plus
