Door-to-Door Sales Manager Commission Based (Fiber Internet & Energy Programs)

Compensation

: Commission Only We are hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead and produce in the field. This role is 100% door-to-door sales. You will be personally selling and managing a team of 810 sales agents selling fiber internet and energy choice programs. What you'll do

• Personally sell door-to-door
• Manage and coach a team of 810 sales reps
• Track team performance and help close deals
• Lead by example in the field

Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team
• Self-motivated and performance driven

Compensation

Commission-based with leadership overrides. Average managers earn $125,000 $150,000 per year with room for growth.
