What You'll Do

Client Consultation & Insurance Sales As a Licensed P&C; Insurance Agent, you will work directly with prospective and existing clients to assess risk, identify coverage needs, and recommend insurance solutions tailored to their goals. You will develop long-term client relationships while helping individuals, families, and small business owners secure the protection they need through Farmers' portfolio of insurance products. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy relationship-building, consultative sales, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Business Development

• Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and lead generation activities
• Maintain an active sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Achieve individual production and retention goals

Required Qualifications

Licensing

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance License required
• Life & Health License preferred but not required
• Assistance may be available for qualified candidates seeking to obtain their Life & Health license Professional
