Requirements

Rhode Island Property & Casualty Insurance License. Three or more years of experience in consultative insurance sales. Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently. Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and agency software. Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience in small business networking or community outreach is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Connect with local families and business owners to understand their unique risk management needs. Draft and present comprehensive insurance proposals that provide genuine peace of mind. Develop and maintain a robust network of professional referrals within the Woonsocket area. Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure that coverage remains relevant as our clients' lives evolve. Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders. Participate in local civic and business events to strengthen our presence and service commitment in the community.
