What You'll Do

:

• Contact and communicate with customers using the Dean Team sales process to identify their needs
• Build lasting relationships and establish a customer referral network
• Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and pricing discussions
• Handle inbound sales calls and internet leads to drive appointments
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Stay informed by attending sales and product training meetings What You Need:
• 2 years of automotive sales experience required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, internet, email)
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
