Astoria Lighting Co. is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a dedicated, full-time Outside Sales Representative / Lighting Specialist to spearhead our growth across the Greater Atlanta market. This is a fully dedicated, career-track role. While our peak demand runs from September through December, your mission as a full-time professional will be to consistently build, nurture, and close a year-round pipeline. • Consult & Close: Engage with potential clients directly in residential and outdoor settings to showcase our premium lighting systems and services.
• Build a Referral Network: Act as the face of Astoria Lighting Co., establishing deep, trust-based relationships with homeowners to maximize brand loyalty and generate consistent word-of-mouth leads.
• Demonstrate Value: Conduct compelling on-site product presentations and live lighting demonstrations to interested parties.
• Market Strategy: Partner closely with internal team members to develop and execute aggressive regional marketing strategies to capture market share.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, full-time schedule for client consultations, prompt follow-ups, and daily activity tracking.
• Market Intelligence: Gather direct customer feedback and report on daily activities, interactions, and emerging local market trends. What We're Looking For (Skills &

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of In-Home Sales experience is required. You should be a seasoned closer who knows how to navigate the kitchen-table presentation, handle objections, and build rapid rapport.
• Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills to seamlessly connect with a diverse base of high-end homeowners.
• Autonomy & Drive: A disciplined self-starter who can effectively manage a full-time field schedule and work independently without supervision.
• Resilience: A problem-solving mindset and the physical stamina required to actively work outdoors across various seasonal weather conditions.
