What You'll Do

:

• Respond to Zillow leads within minutes
• Run buyer consultations and property tours across the Ocala Market
• Write, negotiate, and manage offers with our contract support team
• Hit Flex performance metrics on connection rate, appointments, and conversion
• Work your pipeline in Follow Up Boss with weekly accountability check-ins You're a Fit If:
• You hold an active Florida real estate license
• You have at least 2 years of full-time real estate sales experience
• You've closed 10 or more transactions in the past 24 months
• You're full-time and available during business hours, including evenings and weekends (Flex demands fast response)
• You know how to convert leads into closingsand clients into repeat business and referrals
• You live in or near Ocala, FL This role is not a fit for newly licensed or part-time agents. Flex performance metrics require agents who can respond in minutes and close at a competitive rate.
