Compensation

: $55,000$65,000 base salary per year + commission (Base salary is guaranteed. Commission is paid based on closed sales. Average total compensation ranges from $65,000$85,000 annually based on performance. Top earners may exceed this amount.)

About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales & Marketing Associate to support in-store sales and promotional initiatives at our retail location. This position focuses on assisting customers, demonstrating products, and promoting current offers to drive store revenue. This is an in-store retail position. It is not door-to-door, business-to- business, or independent contractor work. What You Will Be Selling You will be selling NRG energy services to customers visiting our retail store. Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a retail store environment
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers
• Conduct in-store product demonstrations
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain product displays and promotional materials
• Track individual sales performance and participate in store promotions
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales goals
• Provide after-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to upsell and recommend additional products or services
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, tablets, or CRM tools)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work scheduled retail hours, including weekends

Compensation

Structure

• Guaranteed hourly base pay: $16.00$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Additional performance-based incentives
• Incentives are not guaranteed and vary based on sales performance
