As an Inside Sales Agent, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

• Service existing insurance customers with payments and policy questions
• Grow the book of business through cross selling and new business opportunities
• Perform reviews and renewals
• Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience Job

Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty License
• Confident, motivated individual
• Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

is typically offered as base + commission and will depend on the agency and your experience. The Inside Sales Agent opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
