We are a tight-knit team that takes pride in fun, high-quality products and the relationships we build with our retail and wholesale partners. As we grow, we are investing in the structure and leadership that will help our B2B sales team perform at its best. About this Role We are hiring a Sales Team Manager to lead our B2B sales team of approximately four to five team members. This is a leadership role, not a senior-rep role. Your job is to develop the team, build repeatable selling processes, and bring order and structure to how we sell, forecast, and report. You will get our systems and incentives working cleanly so that your reps can focus on what they do best: winning and growing accounts. You will report on-site at our Yankee Road facility and work closely with ownership and the broader team. Once established in the company, this position may open to partial remote flexibility.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coach the B2B team. Run a consistent rhythm of one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching. Your primary measure of success is the growth and output of your reps, not your own personal sales.
• Strengthen sales pitches. Work hands-on with each rep to sharpen their pitch, qualify opportunities rigorously, and improve close rates.
• Clean up and run our CRM (HubSpot). Implement, organize, and maintain HubSpot so it is a reliable source of truth for pipeline, activity, and forecasting.
• Simplify the commission structure. Review, improve, and simplify how our sales representatives are compensated so incentives are clear, fair, and aligned with the behavior we want.
• Build a plan for every rep. Structure clear territory, account, and activity plans so each representative knows their targets and the steps to hit them.
• Own reporting and forecasting. Use Excel and HubSpot to track the metrics that matter and produce reliable, honest forecasts for leadership.
• Hire and ramp talent. As the team grows, help recruit, onboard, and develop new representatives. What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience leading a B2B sales team.
• Excellent people manager. You lead, coach, and hold a team accountable while protecting their selling time.
• Strong with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, with the discipline to keep it clean and useful.
• Highly skilled in Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• A planner and process-builder who can turn activity into structure and results.
• Comfortable simplifying compensation and explaining it clearly to the team.
