• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Additional Details
• This position is in-person and hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
