Legacy Healing Center California Location: Within 30 minutes of our California facilities (Local Travel Required) Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience) + Bonus Opportunities This Isn't a Typical Business Development Role. About the Role

Legacy Healing Center is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to help expand our referral network throughout Southern California. The ideal candidate already has established relationships within the substance abuse treatment community and understands how to cultivate long-term partnerships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, interventionists, therapists, case managers, EAPs, sober living communities, physicians, and other referral sources. This role is highly autonomous and requires someone who is motivated, organized, professional, and passionate about helping individuals access life- changing treatment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow referral relationships throughout your assigned territory
• Maintain and strengthen an existing professional referral network
• Identify new referral opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
• Represent Legacy Healing Center at community events, conferences, networking functions, and industry meetings
• Conduct in-person visits with referral partners on a consistent basis
• Build trust through education, follow-up, and exceptional relationship management
• Track business development activities and maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Collaborate with Admissions and Operations to ensure an outstanding referral experience
• Consistently meet and exceed business development goals What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 3 years of business development experience within the substance abuse treatment or behavioral healthcare industry
• Existing referral relationships within the Southern California behavioral health community
• Demonstrated history of growing referral partnerships and producing measurable results
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently while managing a busy travel schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must reside within 30 minutes of one of our California facilities and be able to travel throughout the region Preferred Experience

Compensation

: $80,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities available. Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
