Responsibilities

:

• Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Support proposals, presentations, and pursuit strategies.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute growth initiatives and achieve business goals.
• Monitor market trends and complete reporting and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of business development experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
