Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both inside the store and through outside sales efforts to understand their renovation needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Demonstrate product features through live demos, including lighting, fixtures, and layout options, ensuring clients see the full potential of our offerings.
• Assist clients with layout design using tools like SketchUp or CAD software to visualize their projects and optimize space utilization.
• Negotiate pricing, upsell premium products, and close sales confidently to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, follow-up support, and expert advice on remodeling and fixture selections.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and ensure the showroom is inviting and well-organized at all times.
• Utilize CRM systems and POS (Point of Sale) software for accurate order processing, customer data management, and transaction handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within construction, remodeling, or interior design sectors.
• Strong technical proficiency with intuit quickbooks and zoho.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a talent for upselling high-end products and closing deals effectively.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction materials, fixture sales, and remodeling project workflows.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and client relationship building.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and client appointments efficiently.
