Compensation

About the Role

: As a Sales Representative, you will own your territory in Ventura and Los Angeles County, connecting with customers through in-home consultations to understand their needs and present tailored Kohler bathing solutions. Your ability and passion will drive revenue growth while providing exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

: Manage and grow your sales territory in Ventura and surrounding areas. Conduct personalized in-home consultations to assess customer needs. Present and explain Kohler walk-in bath and shower products with confidence. Provide exact pricing and product details to prospects! Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Stay current on Kohler's product features and industry trends. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of proven B2C sales success, ideally in home improvement or bathroom remodeling Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset. Ability to travel throughout the Ventura and Los Angeles regions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
