Most agents spend half their week chasing that visibility. We skip the chase entirely. Team ROVI is one of New England's perennial top-producing teams and a chosen Zillow Preferred Partner trusted to represent Zillow's brand across MetroWest and to serve their clients at the highest level. We were just cleared for 100 more connections a month, and we're bringing on 5 new agents now. Here's the piece that makes this different from every other "we have leads" recruiting pitch: Once a month, Zillow texts you two questions how many leads do you want, and which ZIP codes? You answer. As long as you're working the leads you're given, you set your own volume across Framingham, Natick, Marlborough, Ashland, and Milford. You decide where and how much. And we genuinely don't care how big you scale it. Want to push hard and build a huge year? We're set up for that. Would rather stay lean with 612 deals a year on your own terms? Equally welcome here. You set the pace; we keep supplying the leads. On our side - Zillow Preferred leads in the ZIP codes you choose, month after month - Live transfer showings a buyer requests a showing online and is connected straight to your cell, live - In-house transaction coordinators and lenders so you can stay with your clients - No desk fees, no junk fees you keep more of what you earn - Team-lead and broker support, and training for agents licensed 20 days or 20 years On yours - Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate - Write purchase and listing agreements for your clients - Run property evaluations to price sellers' homes - Stay reachable for your clients when they need you - Keep your CRM and channel-partner systems current You'll need an active Massachusetts real estate license (or one in progress newer agents are welcome), a phone, a car, and the drive to work the leads you ask for.
