Compensation

: $60,000$250,000+ (Commission + Overrides + Bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong personal sales production
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Set the tone through leadership and accountability
• Support your team in generating leads and closing deals
• Work alongside operations to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred
• Leadership or team-building experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Ability to motivate and develop others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and cell phone Important Details
