Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth throughout Northern California. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment, enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, and has a passion for delivering value to customers through customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory within Northern California to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase Royal Paper Box Company's products and capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, pre-press, production, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (required)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Northern California
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office What We Offer
