Duties

• Meet and exceed new business production goals
• Deliver strong insurance quotes and sales presentations that close business
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to build a strong sales pipeline
• Assess clients' needs, educate them on coverage options, and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Follow up consistently with leads and past clients to maximize retention and cross-selling opportunities
• Ask every customer for referrals and promote our referral program

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Understanding of insurance regulations to ensure compliance across all interactions
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain we'll cover study materials) Pay: $62,048.87 - $73,128.10 per year
