Great opportunity awaits! Negotiable hourly rate between $16-$17 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities! We are looking for full time retail sales associates to promote and support the Mobile, Alabama Red Wing Shoe Store by selling our premium quality, large selection of footwear while providing conscientious customer service to each retail customer. Excellent opportunity to learn the business move into outside sales if desired. Offering great retail hours. Store hours are Monday through Friday 9am -7pm Sat 9am-5pm and Sun 12pm-5pm. We are looking for someone that will be willing to work these retail hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and support the high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
• Enter customer information and sales into Eva, process payments, balance cash drawer and daily reporting
• Measure and fit every customer properly
• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
• Practice industrial sales lead development on the fitting stool
• Clean and Maintain the back and front of the store
• Submit Weekly Reports in Absence of management
• Make bank runs as needed
• Receive and put away inventory in a timely manner
• Help with the truck as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 0-2 years related experience/training.
• Team and collaboration orientation
• Results oriented
• Effective Written/Verbal Communication
• Computer Utilization
• Retail experience
• Keyholder Experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Lifting 50 pounds, bending lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder.
• Store maintenance duties including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping & waxing floors, washing windows and setting up and maintaining displays Looking forward to hearing from you!
