ROOFING DOOR KNOCKER / INSPECTION SETTER (1099 COMMISSION ONLY) We are hiring motivated door knockers to set roof inspections for a high- volume roofing operation. You do NOT need roofing experience. PAY STRUCTURE:

• 10% commission per closed roof ($20,000 avg roof = ~$2,000 per job total split)
• Paid:
• 5% after insurance first check is received
• 5% after job completion and final payment Average earn per closed roof: ~$2,000 YOUR JOB:
• Door knock residential neighborhoods
• Identify potential storm damage roofs
• Set qualified inspections
• Hand everything off we handle:
• inspections
• insurance claim
• adjuster meetings
• closing
• crews and production
• payments WHAT YOU NEED:
• High energy
• Coachable
• Comfortable talking to homeowners
• Willing to work commission-only No experience required we train everything. IMPORTANT:
• 100% commission (no base pay)
• This is performance-based income only
• Most successful reps treat this like full-time income opportunity We recommend having a second income while you ramp up. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: If you are consistent:
• 25 inspections/day possible
• 13 closed roofs/week at scale

This is not a test it out position. This is for people who want to outwork everyone around them. PAY STRUCTURE

• Able to handle commission-only income

• Coachable No experience required we train everything. Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
