CENTRAL MOTORS Sales Representative - USED CAR DEALERSHIP in SOUTHBOROUGH!! Central Motors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers visiting the dealership
• Present vehicles and arrange test drives
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Follow up with phone and online leads
• Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese are extra and preferred!!)
• Valid driver's license
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Hourly pay: $16 to $20/hour (based on experience)
• Commission on every sale and every extra product sale
• Performance bonuses
