What You'll Do

as a Wireless Sales Representative

• Engage directly with customers regarding telecommunications, wireless, internet, and connectivity services
• Educate customers on available service options, pricing, account features, and promotions
• Help customers choose services and account options that best fit their needs and usage
• Assist with account setup, service enrollments, activations, updates, and ongoing account support
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and interaction details
• Collaborate with team members to support customer satisfaction, engagement, and performance goals
• Stay informed on telecommunications services, promotions, and service offerings to better support customers What We're Looking For
