Requirements

:

• Minimum 2 years auto, motorcycle, RV, agriculture, lawn equipment or lawn equipment selling experience. F &I; selling experience is highly desired.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of F&I; products.
• Knowledge of Michigan vehicle registration/titling a plus.
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
