• Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client financial situations and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software to track leads and manage client information efficiently.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate policies.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to generate leads and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism.
• Prior experience with telemarketing or benefits administration is advantageous but not required.
