• Location is flexible as we have many Bay Area and Sacramento offices

Position Summary

Chicago Title Company, in association with Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF), is seeking a full-time Commercial Sales Representative in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Regions. This position will require you to work with an elite team of senior commercial escrow officers, experienced title officers, and industry leading underwriters, to help close timely commercial real estate transactions. This position will also require you to help facilitate new relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze market trends.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage a CRM system to track client database and touchpoints. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
